The Supreme Court’s most recent decisions demonstrate a deliberate assault on our constitutional rights, leading to a growing crisis of legitimacy. The upcoming case on mifepristone access – safe, effective and FDA-approved abortion medication – highlights the stakes of this issue. The outcome could impact healthcare for millions and threaten the FDA’s authority over any medication approval impacting access for millions across the US — including in states where abortion is legal.

The constitutional solution is clear: we can and must expand and reform the Supreme Court.

It’s time for leaders in Congress to restore balance to this out-of-control, lawless branch. By passing the Judiciary Act, Congress can add four seats to balance the court, impose term limits and create a Code of Ethics to take back the Supreme Court.
